There was no lobby at all in which to wait on others in your party. there were two chairs which seemed to be filled by a couple of guys half asleep. breakfast really non existent. my non smoking room smelled like SMOKE

I have no idea about the property at all. Expedia had overbooked it and I did not stay there at all. The kind staff person allowed me to sit on the libby on the phone with Expedia to coordinate lodging elsewhere.

I one thing I did like was the location The building is just old and outdated. The laundry room only had two working washing machines. We had ants in the bathroom. Thankfully, they were not in the kitchen area.

Spend a few dollars more and enjoy your stay... Elsewhere. At this point in my life, I have come to realize that there are many things that I will never repeat. One of them is staying at this property, ever again. Or any other Extended Stay, for that matter. Front desk people REALLY wanted to be someplace else. No coffee maker in the room, dark hallways, in order to get fresh towels, you had to deliver dirty ones to the front desk. The first room we were assigned had a clogged toilet with feces still in there. Then when we called the front desk to tel them they tried to offer us a room that had no tv due to it previously being stolen.

Nothing was liked or unique about the stay. Poor customer service and uncleaned bed
