In booking it mentioned breakfast was provided, however the only things for breakfast were granola bars and muffins. It was a complete waste of money.

Hot Took 20 min. to check in. Been in room 5 min. someone unlocled door and came inside. Front desk called ask who we were and how we got in told them they had just checked us in ( same person called that checked us in). Spent abot 15 or 20 min. trying to get AC to work but it just blew hot air. Waited at front desk another 20 min. to get another room. Cockroach came out of ac unit when turned on. There were zero coat hangers in the room.

First, hotel called during our travel there to tell us we were not going to get the double bed room we had requested and paid in full for, due to their overbooking. That would have left a party of 3 with one person sleeping on the floor or to purchase a cot to sleep one. Totally unacceptable. It was not what i expected . When i went to bed i was itchy with the covers ! They must of not been clean but who knows . Breakfast was lame!

Right from the start staff did not go out of their way to find our reservation, offer is a room anyway or offer the use of a bathroom when one was requested.

Would not stay at this hotel again No housekeeping, staff would not provide soap for shower, A/C was a problem It’s almost as if the A/C is regulated, kitchenette area was dirty. Will not stay at this hotel again and definitely will NOT recommend it to friends and family.

No....Extended Stay We were there for one night and as soon as we walked into the room, there was a stench smoke smell to the room. Got a call from the front desk that we were making noise and wasnt true. Only scolding hot water in the shower. Family couldn’t sleep because of smell and neighbor talking loud until 3 am. It was like reading a terrible review from someone else, this was my families and I first bad experience at a hotel. Not here again.
