The hotel looks really great from the online pictures and on the outside. The room was outdated & not the cleanest. I cleaned & disinfected everything before using anything. The floor of the tub was peeling & the caulking was molded. I would not stay here again even though the location is perfect!

While the cleanliness of the room was adequate, the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel was sub par and decor is old and outdated. The hallways were dingy and dark.

After checking in I was informed that the cable was out. There were no hangers in room

Free parking, grab and go breakfast! There was a laundry unit and a vending machine. The front desk had kitchen supplies for those who needed it.

the receptionist need to be retrained again on cus When I showed up at the hotel just checking in for my reservation a male receptionist had me thinking that he was working on my paperwork he walked away from the desk and left me standing there to go do rounds in the hotel once I got checked in with another receptionist she had a very nice personality she thought the same thing that he was working on my paper work.i went to my room there was no trash can the sink was dirty the tub was dirty and I just did not have a comforta... read more

Would rather sleep in the street then and that pla Arrived bathtub was filthy called front desk they said nothing they could do about it would take care of it in the morning left for the day came back bathtub and room was never cleaned again people hanging out in the hallway and the lobby drinking alcohol no security cameras anywhere outside or on 2nd or 3rd floor will never stay there again very disappointed in the service was there with my daughter and son-in-law and two grandkids and very disappointed with this

We were there from Monday to Friday and the room was never cleaned. A/C barely worked and when it did it was very loud.

We stayed at your hotel because we had to evacuate North Carolina due to hurricane Florence. I was very disappointed in the condition of the room. It was dirty. The air condition leaked and the carpeting was all wet. The cabinets inside were extremely dirty. The pots and pans looked like they haven't been cleaned in a year. Your web site said that there was continental breakfast and free wireless internet. The breakfast was grab and go. We were without internet for a day and a half.
