Worst experience ever Don’t stay. It smells, it’s dirty, and it’s an overall joke. Extended stay? More like 30 min motel

Missed business meeting and multiple problems When I woke up the first morning, the dead bolt would not unlock and I was locked in my room. They had to call the fire department and they used and air pump to break the door open. I missed a business meeting due to this. I was then moved to another room, which seemed great at first. Best about stay was parking Disappointing. No one stays at the desk. Got the impression that ppl live there for long periods as renters. Only thing I liked was parking available. Can’t call it a breakfast- a couple of pots of coffee with no selection of creamers, all Sweet coffee mate. No muffins unless you ask, cereal bars were few, ppl living there hoard them. Upon check-in we found we only had 1 washcloth, My husband requested 2 more and the front desk person didn't understand why a family of 3 needed more than 1 washcloth! In the entire 5 night stay we never received house-keeping. They had a guest laundry facility, as advertised, but with 3 vending machines in said facility they did NOT sell any detergent! Terrible facilities and bad element during my stay. Noisy and uncomfortable

The staff and especially the manager was really quite good. It is OK but bare bones, didn't even have an ice machine! Also they charge for everything, even a coffee maker in your room. Also I was supposed to have a non-smoking room but it was clearly NOT non-smoking which is annoying.

Worst hotel Poor service. Elevator did not work all evening. Door doesn’t open with keycard from parking lot entrance
