I don’t like why I am not getting 2 bed room

Not good The room was filthy and in bad condition. The shower/ tub was not usable. The sink was nasty. There was an open soap on the bathroom counter. Fortunately I was just there to rest my eyes for a few hrs before driving home early the following morning. Couldn't get out of that room fast enough.

We waited for over an hour after check in, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was hard, and the staff wasn't very nice.

The room I booked online was given away to someone else. Had to stay in a smaller handicap room that i ended up paying more for. On top of that at least 3 light fixtures had blown bulbs which i had to help the person at the front desk remove from conference room fixt

The bathroom was not clean.

Worse hotel I ever stay. Dirty, hairs on the bed sheets and pillows, hairs in the bathtub, smell bad on the rooms, ac unit wasn’t working. People this place is one of the worse

Room was very outdated.
