Checked in late and didn’t notice until I woke up that there was a dirty towel hanging from the back of the bathroom door, dust coated everything, garbage hadn’t been taken out from last guest, and the floors were sticky - even the carpets. Told the front desk and left my business card so the manager could contact me. No response.

They said it they provided breakfast but did not! Slow Check in. The room Smelled like fried fish!

I made a reservation and when I got there, they didn’t have any rooms available. How is that even possible? They refunded the money, but that’s not enough when u then have to find another place to stay in the middle of the night.

I wouldn't want an extended stay at this hotel The room was never serviced during my entire stay on 1 week. No amenities were supplied except for a couple of towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 soap bar, no kitchen utensil's in place that is intended for a long term stay with a stove but no microwave . I had to ask for additional toilet paper and towels which were short on supply. The staff was nice at check-in. Unfortunately, the night prior, they gave away my room due to extremely late check-in following overseas travel. Making things worse, they tried to charge me for the night. On a positive note, the site manager called me the next day and apologized for the issue and did not charge me for the cancelled reservation. The exterior of the building was nice but no staff actually walked around the building to pick up trash or make the smokers stay 50 feet away from the main entrance. Nothing like inha... read more
