Horrible The worse of the worse. So surprising considering the area surrounding appeared pretty decent. The check was horrible. I checked in around 7:30 pm. Had to wait because rooms were not ready. They also told me they would upgrade my room from a queen to a king at no cost and they charge me $15.00 on the upgrade due to they had overbooked the queens. Cheats... stay away When I arrived, there was only one person (“Osei”) at the front desk, and he told me that he had no rooms available. This was despite my having a reservation. When I asked to see the manager, I was told to come back in the morning. After telling me this, the person left to go to the laundry room, leaving me to fend for myself at 11:30 pm!! To add insult to injury, the next day, I discovered the hotel had charged me for a one day stay. Unbelievable...
Worst hotel I will never stayed again in the brand hotel my first time and my last customer service was horrible they don’t give you any information and not even a welcoming over charge for a small dog 150$ most hotels don’t charge that plus room was nasty I won’t explain anything no more everything was BAD.

Mold in bath tub. Dogs barking in other rooms. No do not disturb sign. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Horrible experience

not good . They are so rude staff. They don’t clarify stuffs when we call and asked them later on they said company police and all. There is no water fountain and no vending machine is working in either

Late checkin because I was driving and had to book last minute. Had to wait outside the door for 15 minutes before entering building which felt very dangerous. Provided the reservation number and reception couldn’t find it and told me to call Expedia for response. After contacting Expedia and having agent call extended stay I could hear phone but reception had already left to take care of his offer work. Was very rude and disrespectful. I
