There was a very long wait for staff to allow me access into the building before check in. The television did not work and the room was dusty, probably not COVID protected.
No TV or Continental breakfast.... And no phone!!! Ridiculous!
Do NOT stay here. Let me just start by saying I have been to several extended stays before and this was just the absolute WORST! Check in wasn’t much of an issue. I got here first before my husband did settled my kids in for bed. Upon coming in the room was cold, windows were open and it smelled like someone prior to us smoked in the room. My toddler was absolutely exhausted (we checked in late, late evening) so we showered and headed for bed. the front desk person refused to give me the wifi password
Overall disappointed with hotel room. There was a roach in my tub and the tub needs to be redone. There were cracks and brown spots all over I didn’t even use it
Property was very dirty and cockroach infested. Also didn’t feel safe during the stay.
