For starters I had to go back to the desk twice to have my electronic key reset. Once I got to my room, it wasn’t cleaned and wasn’t ready. The desk attendant tried to blame it on me; I took a picture only of the beds, but didn’t do that for the rest of the room - she seemed to insinuate that somehow it was my fault. Horrible One of the worst experiences i have ever got..the carpet was duty..the toilet was clogged, ask the front desk.he told me to go downstairs and grad the plunger and do it myself.

My husband, who is active duty military, and I checked in on April 26th and out check in went seamlessly. When we got to our room we noticed that the room smelled like someone just got done smoking cigarettes. We were too tired from our long journey to even go back to tell the front desk and just stuck it out.
