Late checkin because I was driving and had to book last minute. Had to wait outside the door for 15 minutes before entering building which felt very dangerous. Provided the reservation number and reception couldn’t find it and told me to call Expedia for response. After contacting Expedia and having agent call extended stay I could hear phone but reception had already left to take care of his offer work. Was very rude and disrespectful. I

Bad experience The hotel was in bad conditions. It had a unpleasant smell, the representatives behind the counter we're not helpful and didn't seem to listen, and lost account of our reservation. We had to get a pillow case replaced because it had a yellowish color to it compared to the other ones. It was deceiving that the hotel advertised free breakfast when all they offered was watered down coffee and cheap muffins purchases from a store in plastic wrappers.
