I wouldn't want an extended stay at this hotel The room was never serviced during my entire stay on 1 week. No amenities were supplied except for a couple of towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 soap bar, no kitchen utensil's in place that is intended for a long term stay with a stove but no microwave . I had to ask for additional toilet paper and towels which were short on supply. The staff was nice at check-in. Unfortunately, the night prior, they gave away my room due to extremely late check-in following overseas travel. Making things worse, they tried to charge me for the night. On a positive note, the site manager called me the next day and apologized for the issue and did not charge me for the cancelled reservation. Bathtub was disgusting. No toilet paper on the holder. Chair was torn. This hotel needs to be removed from your listing.

The grounds of the property was clean. My roon however, was not properly cleaned and the curtains were not hung properly. The bracket to hold it up on one side was not there, so it was hanging on one side. I called the front desk to advise them of situation so I would not be charged an incidental fee and her response was "I thought they fixed that". She did not offer for us to change rooms or anything. Pay 2 dollar more and stay somewhere else. -Toilet Flush did not work -no courtesy -clean room less than once a week

Horrible customer service. Customer service is not their priority. When we arrived, at 6:30 pm, there was a handwritten note on the desk directing us to dial 0 for assistance. We tried dialing zero but the phone did not work. We waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. Once we entered the room we noticed there was no coffee pot. On our way to dinner we asked for One and stated we will pick it up when we return. When we returned, she had forgotten and had to go get one. The hotel advertises grab and go breakfast ... read more
