The hotel was filthy. It smelled horrible also like it had flooded. Would not recommend staying there!

when arriving the young lady behind counter had no knowledge about the area we were in. We asked about places to eat, she said I don't know. The room had no fire alarm. the cabinets were dirty. The cable or satellite wasn't working the entire time we were there. They kept saying they were waiting on the service provider. The breakfast bar was pretty much empty coffee was out. We asked for 2 extra pillows and the lady behind counter said she would get them to us and that didn't happen we had to go ask again.

I don't know because at check-in less than 30minutes after booking and already paying for the room, I was informed they did not have any vacancies. It's the middle of the night, my money is gone, and I have no room.

What about reservations was not happy at all. Reservation made but Room was not ready. Was asked to wait until it was cleaned approx another 45 min. I could not wait since it was already late and I needed to attend an event. Nonchalant attitude.

Yuck Waited 15 minutes to check in- behind someone with a missing reservation and the next had an issue with their key. The room was dated, stains on furniture, minimal sheets on the bed, mold in the shower, etc. On the second day my key did not open my door so I went back to the lobby- and again waited 10 minutes behind someone with a lost reservation and another with a key that did not work. Coincidence? Beware.

Checked in late and didn’t notice until I woke up that there was a dirty towel hanging from the back of the bathroom door, dust coated everything, garbage hadn’t been taken out from last guest, and the floors were sticky - even the carpets. Told the front desk and left my business card so the manager could contact me. No response.
