Bad experience The hotel was in bad conditions. It had a unpleasant smell, the representatives behind the counter we're not helpful and didn't seem to listen, and lost account of our reservation. We had to get a pillow case replaced because it had a yellowish color to it compared to the other ones. It was deceiving that the hotel advertised free breakfast when all they offered was watered down coffee and cheap muffins purchases from a store in plastic wrappers. Got to hotel st 4:40 pm and our room still was not clean. Checked in, but told to come get keys later. Got back at 10pm, went to room, no hand towels or washcloths. Back to front desk. Next day we left by 9am, not checking out, a 2 night stay. We get back at 8 pm, our room was not cleaned, no beds made, no clean towels, no garbages emptied, nothing, Very disappointed with our stay. Will not go back
