They said it they provided breakfast but did not! Slow Check in. The room Smelled like fried fish!

I made a reservation and when I got there, they didn’t have any rooms available. How is that even possible? They refunded the money, but that’s not enough when u then have to find another place to stay in the middle of the night.

I wouldn't want an extended stay at this hotel The room was never serviced during my entire stay on 1 week. No amenities were supplied except for a couple of towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, and 1 soap bar, no kitchen utensil's in place that is intended for a long term stay with a stove but no microwave . I had to ask for additional toilet paper and towels which were short on supply. The staff was nice at check-in. Unfortunately, the night prior, they gave away my room due to extremely late check-in following overseas travel. Making things worse, they tried to charge me for the night. On a positive note, the site manager called me the next day and apologized for the issue and did not charge me for the cancelled reservation.
