Bathtub was disgusting. No toilet paper on the holder. Chair was torn. This hotel needs to be removed from your listing.

The grounds of the property was clean. My roon however, was not properly cleaned and the curtains were not hung properly. The bracket to hold it up on one side was not there, so it was hanging on one side. I called the front desk to advise them of situation so I would not be charged an incidental fee and her response was "I thought they fixed that". She did not offer for us to change rooms or anything. Pay 2 dollar more and stay somewhere else. -Toilet Flush did not work -no courtesy -clean room less than once a week

Horrible customer service. Customer service is not their priority. When we arrived, at 6:30 pm, there was a handwritten note on the desk directing us to dial 0 for assistance. We tried dialing zero but the phone did not work. We waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to the desk. Once we entered the room we noticed there was no coffee pot. Lack of maintenance. The hotel didn’t have breakfast. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Smoke smell in the room. The door safety look didn’t work. The phone didn’t work.

It was horrible. There was cigarette smokers on that floor and the family next door kept slamming the doors.

Look elsewhere Very unfortunate experience at this hotel. I have stayed in multiple extended stays in the past and not had such issue, but everything from room cleanliness to service and amenities was exceptionally poor. I arrived late on my check in night and found wads of hair in my bathroom including both on floor, in tub, and even plastered to the wall. This hotel is pretty poorly managed. I know that it is an extended stay hotel but some service would be nice. We checked in, the attendant said I want to make sure the room is clean that should’ve been done before u issued the room. My tv did not work for both the days I was there.
