Room was run down and front desk staff did nothing to help, plus charged me twice for the stay.

Not very clean. Broken key doors to get into hotel

Extended Issues America We were there for a soccer tournament, our first room was horrible, was made and smelled of cigarettes, our final room was ok. Shower curtain needs lowered, pillows are small, bring your own and the beds are hard. But you are close to good food. Oh yeah the side doors dont work so dont get a end room.

The hotel looks really great from the online pictures and on the outside. The room was outdated & not the cleanest. I cleaned & disinfected everything before using anything. The floor of the tub was peeling & the caulking was molded. I would not stay here again even though the location is perfect!

While the cleanliness of the room was adequate, the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel was sub par and decor is old and outdated. The hallways were dingy and dark.

Free parking, grab and go breakfast! There was a laundry unit and a vending machine. The front desk had kitchen supplies for those who needed it.
