Bad Neighborhood Lots of homeless around the hotel. Just before I arrived, hotel clerk threaten will knife. Fire Department came due to broken smoke alarm in a room. Ran out of food for breakfast.
Booked through hotels.com. I asked the agent to double check room was available and she confirmed that it was. I arrived and there was no room available. Then hotels.com refused to find me another hotel. My credit card was charged immediately and I had to call to have it fixed. NEVER booking with them again. Can not comment on the hotel as I did not stay there. Khalid at the front desk was less than helpful. Would have been nice if he had tried to help me find a hotel.
3 nights at your hotel Hallways on our floor had not been cleaned, and were not cleaned during the 3days of our stay. We brought it to the attention of the manager, who promised to look into it, but nothing was done - hallways remained very dirty 3 days later. Also, ironing board was broken.
OK for the price vs. other hotels in the area My friends stayed in the same hotel as my wife and myself. Our rooms were both non-smoking and 6 apart from each other. Their room had an awfully strong odor of cigarettes. My room only had 1/6 of a roll of toilet paper and 2 towels. They do not service your room throughout the day. You must request this at the front desk which was new to me. This could be because it is technically an extended stay hotel which I've never stayed at before. My friend's room also had wires hanging ... read more
Spring break Great price, great location friendly staff. Otherwise, hallway reeks of smoke since they still have smoking rooms and are on the same floor as the nonsmoking rooms so you have to walk through the stench. I could smell it in my room at times. bathroom has black mold all around the shower and tub. The dresser drawer was falling apart and one drawer missing a knob. Stale granola bars.
Worst hotel experience ever. I would never refer anyone to this hotel. The manager is rude. I stayed here for over 2 weeks and yesterday was the first day housekeeping came to my room and refused to clean saying the room was a mess. I approached the manager this morning and he told me he refused to have my room cleaned. There was a disagreement he yelled at me and told me to leave the hotel and called the police. Me and my 2 children had to call for a ride and find a new room. We are devastated.
no breakfast, people smoking Marijuana on 2nd floor.
The checkin process was a nightmare. We got in late in the evening and the staff seemed confused and was not helpful. Our room was not ready so we were forced into a different room. The (nonsmoking) room we received was dirty and smelled horribly of smoke. The sheets on one of the double beds had stains and hair throughout them. We asked about room amenities and were told they would be addressed and they never were. The daytime staff members were kind and helpful. The hotel was priced well for the area and close to a metro ... read more
