Would rather sleep in the street then and that pla Arrived bathtub was filthy called front desk they said nothing they could do about it would take care of it in the morning left for the day came back bathtub and room was never cleaned again people hanging out in the hallway and the lobby drinking alcohol no security cameras anywhere outside or on 2nd or 3rd floor will never stay there again very disappointed in the service was there with my daughter and son-in-law and two grandkids and very disappointed with this

We were there from Monday to Friday and the room was never cleaned. A/C barely worked and when it did it was very loud.

We stayed at your hotel because we had to evacuate North Carolina due to hurricane Florence. I was very disappointed in the condition of the room. It was dirty. The air condition leaked and the carpeting was all wet. The cabinets inside were extremely dirty. The pots and pans looked like they haven't been cleaned in a year. Your web site said that there was continental breakfast and free wireless internet. The breakfast was grab and go. We were without internet for a day and a half. There is no breakfast! Just grab and go muffins and cold coffee. I selected this property because of the breakfast and location. Few steps away you have way much better options. Internet was not an option, room smells like smoking one and, they charged me for 3 nights when my reservation says 2. They "cancelled that transaction to charge for 2 and I end up charged for 5. Still waiting for the manager to call me back.

This is the second time I stayed here. First experience went well. This time I arrived a little early and was told I would have to pay extra, I'm fine, but then they have a brand new system and the staff had multiple issues and I ended up waiting an hour to check in. Grab and go breakfast??? This morning I dialed zero to speak to the front desk and was put on hold for over 5 minutes only to be speaking to someone that clearly was at the same hotel as I was.
