Never stay here The repugnant smell of cigarettes met us as we entered the lobby. when we arrived at 5 our room was not ready. The manger on duty was checking in guests as well as cleaning rooms as guests arrived. The room was far beyond my expectations of cleanliness. Due to the overwhelming smoke odor throughout the hotel we left within 30 minutes of checking into our room. This place is reasonably priced but definitely not for the classy or clean. I will never stay here again!

Reserved a non smoking room and got a smoking room. It smelled horrible. Asked for nonsmoking and they said they couldn't change it. Had a 6 month baby with me. Never again.

It was a huge inconvenience! I booked my room on-line and once i got there i was told someone was occupying my assigned room and i was told this twice! then i was told i didnt have a room and would have to work with hotels.com for my reimbursement! Terrible!

Not impressed! Although I was not thrilled about the general upkeep of this hotel I will say that the bed was comfortable and I did eventually sleep well.

Bad Neighborhood Lots of homeless around the hotel. Just before I arrived, hotel clerk threaten will knife. Fire Department came due to broken smoke alarm in a room. Ran out of food for breakfast.

Booked through hotels.com. I asked the agent to double check room was available and she confirmed that it was. I arrived and there was no room available. Then hotels.com refused to find me another hotel. My credit card was charged immediately and I had to call to have it fixed. NEVER booking with them again. Can not comment on the hotel as I did not stay there. Khalid at the front desk was less than helpful. Would have been nice if he had tried to help me find a hotel.

3 nights at your hotel Hallways on our floor had not been cleaned, and were not cleaned during the 3days of our stay. We brought it to the attention of the manager, who promised to look into it, but nothing was done - hallways remained very dirty 3 days later. Also, ironing board was broken.
