Hotel did not match internet description Hotel was really "bare bones" and felt that way. Most concerning was that one exterior (back) entrance was broken so anyone at all could enter! Staff was aware. Room had gross smell. Carpet had holes. Kitchen portion was dirty. Pillows very flat. Breakfast should have been advertised as "grab and go". We cut our stay there short and left after 2 nights. The staff was understanding and the location was good. We were sorry it did not work out.
Preoccupied When I walked into hotel there was no one at the desk and he took his time coming out to assist me. I got my room assignment 234 and upon entering the dark room a man was in there. Apparently it was rented already. What if that man had a gun? I was terrified. Not a good experience at all.
Arrived at the property. Nobody was at the front desk. Summoned an employee, informed him that I was paying in cash. He informed me that he still needed my card for incidentals, no problem. The gentleman never touched the computer, instead handed me my room keys and said have a nice stay. My room total was $105.00, I gave him $120.00. He informed me that he didn't have access to the cash drawer and I could pick up my $15 change upon checkout. When I went to checkout, again nobody was at the desk. I summoned the same employee... read more
Only positive about this facility is its location to freeways for our travel to Maryland, DC and Arlington .
Extremely Dirty and Disappointing One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty. Trash and mud in the hallways that was left for days, you can tell no one cleans this place. When I got to my room I found the bedding was dirty, someone's hair and dirt particles were all over sheets, along with stains. I went to front desk to tell them my sheets were dirty and that I need them to be replaced. The man behind the desk told me he was sorry and that this was not a full service hotel and gave me ne... read more
Run down Run down, worn out and dumpy. Staff was not very helpful.
Nice Location - Visibly Old and not taken care of The room was a smoking room and as a smoker I thought the room smelled disgusting. Its like hotel staff never performed any deep cleaning. I would have expected the carpeting curtains etc to have been cleaned on some schedule clearly they were not. The window was left open with no screen to allow the room to air out at least. This is typical in recent years that hotel management do not care for smoking rooms beyond changing sheets, bath room and linens. The room was in comple... read more
To echo the negative comments from a previous reviewer, I attempted a late check-in and found myself locked out of the hotel, as no one answered the front desk extension. I was stuck in the vestibule for 10 minutes before a guest inside let me in. Once inside, I dialed the front desk extension from the lobby phone while calling the hotel's main line with my mobile. An answering service picked up, but neither apologized nor offered a solution. A guest came in and helped me by banging on some door. I don't know how he knew how... read more
Poor choice of a hotel chain Room was not cleaned well. There were missing essentials as in toilet paper and towels. No warm greetings just not a pleasant place.
