Not Hospitable A lot of renovations going on and my room never got cleaned.

Supposed to be extended stay. No supplies in room Had a stove and fridge but no cups, coffee pot, cookware, plates, silverware..? If you have to buy all that when you want to eat in, just pay a few bucks extra and stay somewhere else

First time staying in the DC area First time staying in the DC area. I always try to find a reasonable price when traveling on business. This one was reasonable compared to others in the area. Now I know why. It is a dirty, worn out dump! No way I stay here again.

No amenities. Did not have coffee for room. Very Disappointing!!!! Just not the accommodations we are accustomed to with other chains that are in the same price range.

Horrible beyond description... Terrible. Room/rug was dirty. We were locked out and no service was available to get us back in for more than 4 hours. Our mother could not access to her medications for hours. Receptionist was very kind and understanding, but she was helpless. Management and maintenance didn't come to her aid until we had to report to the district manager.

Dog friendly hotel. The check in staff was awesome When we were about to leave, I checked all the drawer , the cabinet Becaus I do not want to leave anything and I clean up as much as I can . There was a cockroach under the sink. I was so scared

Would not stay here again My story was quite poor. The room smelled really bad, leftover smoke.

Not what I expected The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely rate them a 4+. Overall the room was decent, my biggest complaint (and maybe this is because I have never stayed in an Extended Stay before) There we no amentities...shampoo, conditioner etc. No coffee pot in room, no ice machine (told I had to buy my own) !! I guess since they usually rent long term they dont provide anything but towels and a bed. Wish they would have mentioned this when i made my reservation.
