Stayed for two nights no room service . One of the worst hotels that I stayed on. No ice machine, kitchen does not have any utensils. Breakfast is lousy.
Dirty room As I opened the room their were two trash bags sitting in the middle of the room with 6 dirty dish washing towels on the counter. As I made my way to the bed I noticed the sheets were not changed nor the bed made from when the previous guest left. I then went into the bathroom there were two used towels and a used soap in the bath tub not to mention hair follicles on the counter. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all and I would give it a 1 out of 10 and that's being generous.
The interior of the building was not kept up and smelled musty. The room was alright, very simple.
Convenient location but sparse room The room was very sparse - there was a kitchen but no coffee machine, dishes, utensils, barely any toiletries. It was a "no service" hotel, meaning we had to go downstairs and get everything we wanted (extra towels, cups). The bed wasn't very comfortable, but the a/c worked well. The room was clean enough, but the area with the bed felt cramped because of the huge kitchenette that was not equipped for use. Run down and shabby hotel, but conveniently located across the street from a metro station.
Hotel did not match internet description Hotel was really "bare bones" and felt that way. Most concerning was that one exterior (back) entrance was broken so anyone at all could enter! Staff was aware. Room had gross smell. Carpet had holes. Kitchen portion was dirty. Pillows very flat. Breakfast should have been advertised as "grab and go". We cut our stay there short and left after 2 nights. The staff was understanding and the location was good. We were sorry it did not work out.
Preoccupied When I walked into hotel there was no one at the desk and he took his time coming out to assist me. I got my room assignment 234 and upon entering the dark room a man was in there. Apparently it was rented already. What if that man had a gun? I was terrified. Not a good experience at all.
Arrived at the property. Nobody was at the front desk. Summoned an employee, informed him that I was paying in cash. He informed me that he still needed my card for incidentals, no problem. The gentleman never touched the computer, instead handed me my room keys and said have a nice stay. My room total was $105.00, I gave him $120.00. He informed me that he didn't have access to the cash drawer and I could pick up my $15 change upon checkout. When I went to checkout, again nobody was at the desk. I summoned the same employee... read more
