Nice outside and horrible inside (dirty and creepy I arrived midnight, I was given a room. I opened it and it was a towel droped in the flor. I closed the door and I was walking back to the reception when a man comes out to the hall in underware asking me what was wrong. I told him that they gave me the same room and I apologize. hotel from hell spongy mattress....one side table next to one side of bed. Extra pillows, towels, coffee maker had to be picked up at the front desk....room was barren from what would be standard supplies at any other hotel. Staff was curt and not helpful. The elevator floor was covered with a thick googy spill for an entire day. Temperature was impossible to regulate. Complimentary breakfast consisted of stale energy bars. Never never again....

Dirty and Dirty Room and hallways and doors. They mention on the website about a breakfast, but nothing than a terrible test coffee machine.

Awful I paid for 2 rooms, both with 2 beds. The rooms I got were singles. After 700 miles of driving in the rain, my family and I were too exhausted to complain. BTW, the clerk was not present at the front desk. He came from outside of the building after we called. I found trash under the bed(food wrappers and toys) . Checking in was not easy Well, we reserved and paid online because we knew it would be late when we checked in. I was told if I couldn't find my email confirmation he couldn't help us?? My phone was dead so after all of that he walked us into a used room with food and covers on the floor but not before the card didn't work and he said well sometimes they don't work :).. Never stay here The repugnant smell of cigarettes met us as we entered the lobby. when we arrived at 5 our room was not ready. The manger on duty was checking in guests as well as cleaning rooms as guests arrived. The room was far beyond my expectations of cleanliness. Due to the overwhelming smoke odor throughout the hotel we left within 30 minutes of checking into our room. This place is reasonably priced but definitely not for the classy or clean. I will never stay here again!

Reserved a non smoking room and got a smoking room. It smelled horrible. Asked for nonsmoking and they said they couldn't change it. Had a 6 month baby with me. Never again.
