Came for the 'Free Breakfast' and 'Free Wi-Fi', the breakfast was either muffins or Nature Valley bars, and coffee/tea. And the wifi was non existant. Checkin wasn't even by a regular staff but by the maid.

Horrible experience Stayed at this hotel with reservations upon my late arrival there was no one there to greet me went to front desk and the lady couldn't operate a printer and wanted my credit card information slams papers down in front me to go through to check my name gave me her master key to go to my room I had to leave my room open to them bring her the master key back to her at the front office and I had to do this quite some time quite a few times throughout the visit because I was never assigned a key also the show... read more

Room smelled, Bed very uncomfortable, staff clueless..

Awful stay No water for shower, coffee, anything..no plates or gleasses..room and floor smelled like smoke..had family stay here, never again..awful hotel, need to burn down or open up as homeless shelter.

Okay hotel, staff not very accommodating. Customer service goes a long way... the morning staff when I checked out was blah! At 8:00am they were out of coffee. I asked if they were going to make more and I was told "probably not because it would be a waste". Then they couldn't give me a receipt for my stay because "I booked through Orbitz". But, I stayed at the same chain the night before at. Different location and they were able to.

Terrible hotel The pictures look nothing like the actual inside of the building. The hotel is very outdated. It smells terrible like cigarette smoke and marijuana. Absolutely do not bring your kids to this hotel. The staff wasn't very friendly. It took me 4 hours just to get a cup to drink water. There are way better hotels in the area for the same price.

It worked for a night. But wouldn't recommend

Stayed for two nights no room service . One of the worst hotels that I stayed on. No ice machine, kitchen does not have any utensils. Breakfast is lousy.
