Did not stay, manager locked me out saying there were no rooms when I reserved online 20 minutes prior to showing up. Would not talk to me, would not look up my confirmation number, locked himself in the office and when I went outside to call my boss, locked the door on me! WORST HOTEL EVER!
Do not stay at this hotel The TV didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to leave our room on the 3rd floor to use the bathroom on the 1st floor our entire stay. The sink was stopped up and there was rust on the tub, the hotel wouldn’t change our room
Terrible hotel This hotel is very subpar. The room was dirty, hotel was very noisy all night and morning, amenities in the room were broken. Just a terrible hotel choice.
Booked my room through expedia; hotel was already fully booked. Now trying to get refund through expedia for taking my money without providing booking service
Rooms smell, poor customer service and loud inhabitants
This place is a dump! Do not stay here!
I didn’t like a single thing about this property. Avoid at all costs!
