For starters I had to go back to the desk twice to have my electronic key reset. Once I got to my room, it wasn’t cleaned and wasn’t ready. The desk attendant tried to blame it on me; I took a picture only of the beds, but didn’t do that for the rest of the room - she seemed to insinuate that somehow it was my fault. Only when I threatened to report the incident to the management did she start to sound reasonable. I was assigned a new room which was ready. Horrible One of the worst experiences i have ever got..the carpet was duty..the toilet was clogged, ask the front desk.he told me to go downstairs and grad the plunger and do it myself.

When my husband’s friend asked for a room he was told by a female staff member “do you have a re... read more
Booked a queen non smoking. Room reaked of cigarette. Was a disabled room with shower. I requested a room change as I really needed a bath tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 2nd room smelled clean. But still only a shower. Advised it was all they had. Carpets need cleaning. The last person's whiskers were all over the vanity.
The sheets did not smell clean, the room had a dank odor, the air conditioning unit rattled very noisily intermittently. Also, there was a rag pushed into the hole in the ceiling where the sprinkler should have been.
Poor service, bait & switch, terrible hotel. I reserved and paid for a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived, the receptionist tried to bait/switch me by first sending me to a dirty room, then sending me to a small single queen room. Then, after making me walk all over the hotel with my family and luggage, she finally told me she did not have the room I reserved and paid for. Hotels.com was amazing by first talking with the hotel (I could overhear the call) and being very stern with them, and then booking my new hotel room ... read more
