Terrible hotel This hotel is very subpar. The room was dirty, hotel was very noisy all night and morning, amenities in the room were broken. Just a terrible hotel choice.
Booked my room through expedia; hotel was already fully booked. Now trying to get refund through expedia for taking my money without providing booking service

I didn’t like a single thing about this property. Avoid at all costs!
For starters I had to go back to the desk twice to have my electronic key reset. Once I got to my room, it wasn’t cleaned and wasn’t ready. The desk attendant tried to blame it on me; I took a picture only of the beds, but didn’t do that for the rest of the room - she seemed to insinuate that somehow it was my fault. Only when I threatened to report the incident to the management did she start to sound reasonable. I was assigned a new room which was ready.
