Free breakfast is a joke. It is "Grab & Go". No area to sit in. It was coffee in the lobby with Chewy bars. I booked a suite with a kitchen and there were no silverware, plates, cups, coffee maker, etc. in the room. Apparently those needed to be requested and would get delivery by hotel staff. I grabbed a coffee maker at the front desk and it was broken. Would not recommend!

Every time I left the building my key card would not work and would have to go to the desk to get it fixed. Staff did not care about the issue

Don't stay there The entire place smelled horrible. The bed sheets were stainned The bathroom was dirty I decided to switch hotels inmediately. Horrible experience.

No lobby to relax in; their breakfast is a joke; walls are painted poop brown color; linens and towels, thin and out of date; and the carpet was dark and old.

We were told that we would need to bring our towels and such to the dest to exstange for clean ones. No maid service. the place smeeled like a truck stop hotel. We did not stay the night. we left after 10 minutes. We have not received a full refund.
