Nobody was even there to check me in. I paid for nothing after waiting over an hour. Further, I was greeted by thugs, worst place to stay ever

Room smelled bad, curtains falling off the window, bathroom counter was not clean. Didn't feel like a very safe place to stay, wouldn't recommend.

Horrible The worse of the worse. So surprising considering the area surrounding appeared pretty decent. The check was horrible. I checked in around 7:30 pm. Had to wait because rooms were not ready. They also told me they would upgrade my room from a queen to a king at no cost and they charge me $15.00 on the upgrade due to they had overbooked the queens. Once in the room I notice right away the room had not been cleaned. The kitchen area was dirty, the fridge was half cleaned, the bathroom was horrible. The linens were ding... read more

Cheats... stay away When I arrived, there was only one person (“Osei”) at the front desk, and he told me that he had no rooms available. This was despite my having a reservation. When I asked to see the manager, I was told to come back in the morning. After telling me this, the person left to go to the laundry room, leaving me to fend for myself at 11:30 pm!! To add insult to injury, the next day, I discovered the hotel had charged me for a one day stay. Unbelievable...
