The lady at the front desk was rude untill I started speaking spanish then she kind of change her attitude. I had a hard time booking the room to begin with and then she ddnt help with her attitude. My husband stays at this hotel becuase of his company . So I went to visit since hes out of town. The room they gave me stink when I walked in. And ive never been to a hotel where they clean your room once a week. I had to clean my husbands room and take out the trash and go put it in the trash room. I scheduled the wrong date and they would not let me change the date. I, therefore, paid for TWO nights and only needed one. The website said I could cancel as long as it was before 6pm the day of the reservation. I will most likely not stay at this hotel, nor book with Expedia ever again. You have lost my business.

Watch your credit card. Charged me even though the room was booked and prepaid by the business. Had to dispute charge. They would not take my hotel reservation number after i showed them the confirmation mail. Water was not hot. I got cold after 5 minutes in the tub, and this was after i received help in trying to get hot water. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
