Ended our stay early!! Our hotel room did not have any cookware-dishes, empty kitchen. Also we killed 3 bugs/beetles from the curtains (everything was clean and neat) and we heard noise all night long! The manager was very understanding and offered a different room but we asked for a refund for the second night and we rushed out of there!

HUGE FAIL...! This place was a HUGE FAIL!! Not even a glass so that I can rinse my teeth! When the guy told me that I could call to get plates and silverware, I at least expected a glass to rinse out of; nope...! And even worse, I had a 7am flight, which meant getting up at 4:30. And not even a coffee maker! C'mon, those are just basics...!

The lady at the front desk was rude untill I started speaking spanish then she kind of change her attitude. I had a hard time booking the room to begin with and then she ddnt help with her attitude. My husband stays at this hotel becuase of his company . So I went to visit since hes out of town. The room they gave me stink when I walked in. And ive never been to a hotel where they clean your room once a week. I had to clean my husbands room and take out the trash and go put it in the trash room.
