Not a very clean hotel I rent two rooms for 5 night I ask the room to be clean but the General Manager talk me The only clean the room after 7 night stay I will no recommend this hotel the mananger was very bad

Dirty. Holes in rug. Dead bugs on floor. Shower curtain rod not secure. No stopper for tub.

Totally unsatisfied I will never use this hotel and this chain anymore. I was awoke in the middle of the night due to cigarette smoke oder, sound of hammering, dirty room and hallways. If you are interested to call before posting my comments.

This hotel service is terrible and very dirty. Maybe they did'nt clean hall way and other facilities even elevator, Everywhere looks very dirty. This hoel is worst in my life time. When I visited this hotel, there are nobody in the front desk, so I have to wait more than 20 minutes. After check in, I go down to the front desk in other to ask something or wifi access code, but nobody there and I know front desk is usaully empty. 2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. This time I was given a room with a toilet that would not stop running. The man working the desk overnight offered to move me and gave me a key to a room that was already occupied with a person inside and fully awake when I let myself in. Shortly before this he told me he was going outside to smoke and when I went to find him he was nowhere to be found. Never staying at this place again!

I called from the airport and staff did not know the address. When I got to the hotel I struggled with my luggage through two doors while two male staff watched. I was refused a receipt on check out. “Breakfast” is a joke. It is an extended stay facility, but kitchen items are only provided on request I will not be staying here again

To start, the floor I stayed on smelled like someone was smoking marijuana. The room itself had the smell of a bathroom stall and the floor was sticky anywhere there wasn’t carpet. At about 1am the referigrater began making a sound like a jackhammer for about an hour and a half. The towels in the bathroom had stains stains on them when held up to the light light. And to wrap it up, a nice sized bug crowledmout of the drain while I was taking a shower.
