Dead Shower A terrible experience and came close to leaving. The place needs extensive repairs, my shower did not work at all. I had to use the kitchen sink to wash my hair.

They had roaches in the bathroom, the smell in the whole place. The staff is non-existent. As I left nobody was there for check out. Not all of them are properly trained. I had to throw away my toothbrush and shake out all my clothing. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Plug your nose and keep on movin' Let me start by saying that all the staff that I encountered were wonderful and friendly. After that however, things are not so nice. It should be noted that this location is being used as subsidized housing. If we had known this, we would have never stayed here. Though the receptionist was polite, that is the only nice thing about our visit. Our first room was damp and the toilet the broken. The super said it was normal to have newspaper stuffed in the tank and the water to spray from the valve. We also woke with bug bites. The second rooms air conditioner only blew hot air and though the fixed it, our last day packing down all the belongings the only elevator was broken…we were on the third floor. Never again.

I was overcharged for the property. I had seen a quote for $95 per night but I just realize that I was not charged that amount. When I came to the location and stop at 201 Professional Drive the staff on the phone asked me whether it was 201 or 205. When I look at the text message I saw 205. When I got to 205 the front desk could not find my reservation. He had to look on my phone and called Travelocity. Not sure what transpired. the only good thing about this reservation was the price. Not clean, and the breakfast was a coffee with a granola bars. For me it was a last minute reservation as I was driving back from the South to the North. Would I reserve again? answer is NO

Place was dirty, shower was broken, elevator didn’t work, free breakfast was a granola bar. Not enough bowls or dishes for the room.
