The are ROACH infested!!!!! The room are not clean . The appliances are old .

Recepcionista mal humorado Generalmente siempre me quedó en este hotel,es básico pero bueno es para dormir,lamentablemente esta vez tuve una mala experiencia ya que el recepcionista no era muy amable y con respecto a una consulta que le hice acerca de que si el hotel aceptaba mascotas como dice en la paguina me dijo que si pero le tenía que pagar 100 dólares ahora ya !!! We had a non smoking room that reaked of cigarette smoke. It saturated every thing. Had trouble breathing because it was so strong.

When we got there, we were told that there were no rooms available, despite the fact that we had a confirmed reservation. Another couple was trying to check in at the same time that we were, and they were also told that there were no rooms available even though they also had a confirmed reservation. The two employees at the desk were rude and refused to even try to find somewhere else to stay. When I asked to speak to the manager, they refused. I will never stay in an Extended Stay America hotel again.

Its was not good there at all will never go back to that one
