Whether it was because I got a deal from Expedia or Hotels.com or not and didn't have to pay full price...they treated me like a step-child on Christmas. Bad service and inconvenience, a dripping faucet in the bathroom and no linen service until the day before I left...and I was there for over a week!! Nice hotel and they apologized profusely, but I didn't have a good stay.

Quiet hotel TV service was out of and on. Ceiling was peeling off. hairs in the towels and wash clothes. Expensive washer and dryer. No ice machines very inconvenient. Refrigerator wouldn't chill foods got spoiled.
Won't stay again unless I'm stranded Had to fill toilet tank with an empty trashcan in order to flush

Very unclean with roaches This hotel has roaches
Spacious Limited breakfast, no hangers or phone. Sofa bed was not comfortable.

Maintenance needed It was okay. There was a wall broken in bathroom. Saw a cockroach coming out from it. There was no curtain to bathtub. The railing for curtain itself was broken. I didn't face any issues until the shower time. Staff was friendly. I did let them know the issues. But still it didn't help my stay.
