Stay elsewhere The clerk checked me in to a dirty room and when I went to get it corrected instead of being apologetic he rudely tells me about their non-smoking policy. He should be as concerned about cleaning the room as general policy all hotels have. Mind you he was making an assumption because I gave no indication as I do not smoke. The next morning I was locked out of my room and it took at least 10 min to get someone to come to the desk to make a key. Then EXACTLY at check out time they come knocking on my door. The hotel smells very bad it was dirty The night front desk was very helpful but over all I won’t ever stay in this hotel or any of stay inn hotel

No toilet paper in room . Ther where no pillows available.

It wasnt much to like. It was a regular room. Needs updating.

Highly dissatisfied I had booked a queen sleeper and 1 queen bed. The first room smelled like dog. So I went to the front desk to complain and they gave me another room. The second room still had a musty odor too it. So the sofa sleeper had not bed sheets and the mattress was filthy. I will NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM AGAIN.

Refresh rooms & make your guest comfortable This was a non-smoking hotel and the room that I stayed in had a very smoky smell I woke up with my throat hurting and my lungs felt like if I breathe in any more smoke I will pass out.
