There was throw up in the elevator. There were not any dishes,glasses etc. in the kitchen cabinets.

Never again I stayed in the hotel from Sunday 12, to Sat 18 Berber once my room was cleaned I called the front desk and requested for towel and the room to be clean 2 days after my stay in room 126. I was told to bring thr used towels and and the room to be cleaned the following day and they didn t on Thursday I called to extend my day till Saturday I did extend it on Friday at the front desk stayed in the same room 126. They charged us for an upgrade we didn’t ask for. The check-in took over 40 minutes. The room smelled of cigarettes and dog urine. The shower curtain was almost torn off the wall so the floor was soaked after showering. These are usually a hit or miss for me, but this one was a huge

Worst Hotel ever There were no washcloths in the room and the A/c couldn’t be adjusted. It was freezing in there. When I called to front desk in am for washcloths the front desk agent was rude as hell. I called 4 times for about within 45 minutes and still never received my washcloths. The lady said she had to walk her floors first. Clearly guest are not a priority. Never will stay at any extended stay again.

old and run down facility. Noisy, upgraded WiFi was slow and unreliable, room was smelly and old AC wasn’t working properly.

Bad management Horrible general manager. Couldn’t extend our stay and had to leave with no real excuse or explanation.

We arrived at the hotel which we pre paid through Expedia for. I was told that my credit card was declined and that I would need to pay now for the rooms. My father pays before I am able to bring up my reservation. After I prove to them I already paid with Expedia they refuse to credit my father back. The woman at the desk tries to give me some weak explaination of why they think it was declined even though I can see it was paid on my credit card over a month earlier.
