I love this hotel next to all i can eat Staff cleanliness everything its the perfect hotel to relax and stay for no reason the best hotel to even live in.

Dirty Hotel with Rude Staff The hotel staff was completely rude to me when I told them that our room was dirty. After my friend had fallen asleep on the sofa bed, I pulled back the covers of the bed to find a pair of dirty socks and yellow spots on the sheets. I go to the front desk where I waited over ten minutes for the lady to pause her personal conversations with her friend to do her job. Do not stay here This is a horrible place to stay. while the rooms are ok, The service is terrible. On two separate occasions, I paid for a king size bed , only to get to my room and find out it's a queen.I let it slide the first time but the second time I definitely got a refund. With the exception of the manager who rectified my issue, The other employees I encountered treated proper customer service as an afterthought
