Complaint Hair in the bathtub not just a little it was a lot. Horrible that they didn't clean it.

Though they were drastically understaffed, I found that the ones that were actually working were very nice. The place overall was a dump. Our keyless entry card for our door had to be fixed three different times. Could not use the air conditioner because it blew the curtains like a ghost. Could not open the curtains because the window was right next to the bed on a ground-level room. The room smelled like a combination between cigarettes, wet dog, mold, and God knows what else. For the price i would have expected an entire breakfast. I attemoted to speak to someone in person mulitple times and no one was at the front desk. The last night we were there the room above us were allowing their children to jump frim the furnature to the floor until 2am in which myself and my children could not sleep. We had to ask for blankets, sheets and pillows for rhe second bed when we already reserved for 3 people.
