Checked in. Got my key. Went to my room. Found no dishes or flatware in the kitchenette, nor any ice bucket. Went back to front desk to ask about ice. There are no machines, but I could borrow ice trays! She asked what room I was in and I told her. She said that was impossible because I hadn't checked in. I showed her the key. It didn't matter. They gave away our room even though we had a reservation. The front desk person called the owner but the owner did not care and told us to find somewhere else to stay. At that time of night, there were not rooms available close by.
