I made a reservation online and paid, when I arrived there were couple people ahead of me and a Spanish lady at the counter, she looks she had a problem with reservation and payments and the language to communicate so the receptionist had to speak to the phone and made her listen to the translation and she writes on spanish and made him listen to the translation, it took her problem 45 minutes to be solved and we were waiting that period, I was so so so tired from a 8 hours international flight and I had another flight the n... read more
The location was fine, but my room smelled like someone had smoked in it. I informed the front desk and stepped out for some time to get the issue resolved. When I returned the room still smelled, so I took my body spray to get the smell to go away for awhile. Unfortunately, the smell was in the sheets. I couldn't sleep at all, with the windows open and AC on. I will never return.
