poor coordination between expedia/travelocity and hotel. Manager surly/not helpful. Reservation lost.

Registration difficult, poor coordination with expedia/travelocity.

When we first got our room on the third floor, we could hear a banging noise. We did not care to stay after that and asked for a refund which could not be given because we booked through Expedia. Instead they changed our room. There was no noise but the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, red stains on the carpet, and drain plug for the bathtub was broken. The door to the reception area also needs to be fixed as it bangs even if you try to slowly close it. It was also sad to see they had their receptionist doing laund... read more

Horrible Place I ended up using your app to book somewhere else. There was a dog constantly barking and the bathroom was filthy. The refrigerator made a buzzing sound. I could not take it and checked out.

Room wasn’t clean. The staff wasn’t trained. For example, the message light was flashing on the phone but the front desk had no idea how to turn it off. The staff didn’t have the key to open the storage for the breakfast items. We won’t stay here again.

It was dirty, smelled like smoke when my room was non-smoking. Bathroom had burned patches on the floor and the bed was horrible. Will never stay again, wasn’t worth the money. I’d rather pay more and stay somewhere cleaner.
