After paying for the room and driving 40 mins I got there only to find out there was no room available

Terrible and dirty The room was filthy! Crumbs on all of the tables and the floor. The bed was really made on top of dirty sheets. The bathroom smelled horribly of mold. Would never ever recommend someone stay here.

At checkin, attendant was unsure of what he was doing, took forever to check in, no coffee in rooms, light in bathroom did not work, front desk said no maintenance guy there till next day so i shaved and showered in dark, i asked for a credit, didnt get wont stay there again

My night was horrible, because the people next room had a party all night long until 05:00am. In the morning. So , my girlfriend and I we couldn’t sleep. I call the from desk no one answer the phone, until I personally when to the from desk and complain about the people next room have the music so loud. That is no consideration to others guess in the hotel. I am so disappointed.

Not again Was a roach in the fridge. Place looked very dated.

Terrible experience, awful service The night clerk, George Lanayan, would not let me check in. I had called earlier in the evening and spoken to him, asking if it would be ok that I arrived after midnight. He told me yes. When we arrived, he would not let us check in, saying it was too late, and I would have to re-purchase the room at a higher rate.
