My room was dirty and had a bad smell. Only stayed one night, so just dealt with it.

Sheets were used and dirty when we get there. We found cockroachs in the kitchen.

Front desk staff were not helpful at all. Would not answer phone at night and would not help secure transportation or promptly put calls through during day. They demonstrated a bad attitude throughout.

Bad name for extended stay. Except for location, everything is worse in this particular extended stay. The manager is the worst
