Hallways smelled musty; not very clean; watched as another business guest was mistakenly cleared out of his room after reserving it for 2 nights. Was convenient to airport.

Reservation denied upon check in. Very angry. Had no place to stay, no other hotels in the area had availability. Poor, poor, poor customer service at this hotel. Please don’t allow customers to book at this chain any longer.

When we arrived at 1am as I had called ahead and advised the computer was on audit and we could not check in. The staff was really nice but it was annoying. Our room smelled like smoke especially one of my pillows. Facilities look super dated
