Had to change rooms. First room bathroom mirror looked like someone brushed their teeth and had spit on the mirror and sink handles. Our room had urine on the toilet seat. There was a random hair in our bed. Staff was nice but house keeping was terrible. Notice a whole in the wall in both rooms not sure if it was some work that was being done

I arrived to check in and while they had record of my reservation, and I had called that morning to verify, they had no rooms available. Very frustrating and very poor business. Will not return.

Only person working night shift quit because they got into an argument with a guest. Cops were in the lobby waiting for a new clerk to show up. Obviously couldn't get checked in, but still getting charged for the stay!

The only thing great about this hotel is the mellow mushroom across the street.

All staff members were very unpleasant. They acted as if I was an inconvenience. I tried to checkout and no one was at the front desk from the time I began bringing my luggage down until I was ready to leave (about an hour later). I left my dirty linens and room keys on the counter. I booked a room with a queen bed and non smoking, but as soon as I walked in it smelled like someone had just finished smoking in there. I was not offered any type of housekeeping during my time there.
