The staff waz very rude and the kitchen waz not very clean as i expected and tge when i called to the front dest for all of my dishes and towls and supplies nobody never came and brought them too me and then then online the said they had breakfest and which the didnt all the had waz breakfest bars with buts and peanutbutter and i also told staff that i waz allergic to peanut butter and nothing waz never provided for me to eat and every thing it waz somthing wrong with my reservation every single day also and so i would like ... read more

Very dissatisfied I booked this hotel for a work trip. I was given a room key with someone already in the room. Another room was offered to me. This room was dirty. Stains all in the bathroom sink, shower and floor. Very disappointing. The room was dark and smelt weird. Long story short i left immediately and was able to get another ropm nearby. I would not recommend this hotel

Shelly was awesome and very professional in house keeping. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate me with complimentary muffins and a late check out without additional charge.

The room was not properly cleaned when checked it also front desk agents were rude I was not happy about this stay

The staff was helpful and understanding about the concerns with the smoke smell thought out the hotel. We rented two rooms and they were both changed because of the disappointment. There were roaches. Dead and some alive. We only stayed because it was too late to look for another facility as we checked in late and had to rise early as we were visiting from Atlanta to celebrate our dads 70th birthday. I chose not to choose Extended Stay again.

Not what it seems We walked in, hotel seemed to have its flaws i looked past. The person the the front desk was friendly. First room smelled, than the girl knocked at the door to have us move rooms bc of dirty mirror. Second room was worse the door lach wouldnt lock propperly floor was caving, smelled even worse. We went to the front desk requested a refund and went to a holiday inn....

What was unique was the mold in the building and the leak in the ceiling.
