Not great... Toilet wasn't clean, people unfriendly, property had cigarette butts all over... overall really gross.

Nice staff not enough The heater was broken and it was snowing outside. Took them a second call and two hours to get someone to fix it. Cigarette butts all over the walkways. Burnt coffee in morning coffee area with tiny packaged muffins and granola bars for the “free breakfast.” Ridiculous that you have to ask for a coffee maker for your roomin what world is that not standard? Staff was very nice. Room was clean.

Disgusting, sketchy hotel! DO NOT STAY here! Sketchy hotel. I did not feel safe walking to my room at night. I walked by a room that smelled of urine on the way to my room. There was dried blood on the bed comforter! Not a stain, which is still disgusting, an actual dried blood spot. So that means they don't change and wash all bedding between guests.

The fire alarm madness FiFreaky Fire alarm at midnight stayed on for 20mins. Bed was so itchy had to lay towels over the sheets to sleep in the bed

Don't stay here Don't stay here. Couldn't go to my room because there was police activity. I waited for over an hour and eventually went and stayed on my friends' floor. Hotel won't give me a refund. Hotels.com didn't help either other than to say "oh, sorry."

Extended Stay Hotel - Reston, VA No WIFI, refrigerator smelled horrible, didn’t look clean, bedspread was disturbing- checked in and checked right back out after getting to the room.
