Really poor owner/manager This is the first time I have rendered a negative report in several decades of travel. The hotel is consciously being run on the cheap. There was one staff member available during peak check in. The room access card maker was not functioning and they could only make us one card. There was no china, flatware, cups or kitchen supplies in the rooms. Guests had to check out each item from the desks(Keep in mind, this is an Extended Stay. No ice maker in the hotel. Bugs in the bathroom, but no coffee pot I took picture of the bugs in the room, including Silverfish in the sink. It was an extended stay room with no pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, silverware or even a small coffee pot in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but smelled. There was rust and broken cement in the outdoor stairwells, etc. The bathroom sink drain would not open so water filled the sink every time I tried to use it. NO recomendable Fatal no tenían las habitaciones listas a las 9 de la noche, tenían al de lavandería atendiendo la recepción, entregaron la ropa de cama del sofá cama sin doblar MUY Mala atención

Smoke filled room I thought I had asked for a non-smoking room and I was told I did not and the staff could not change it for me. Horrible night with environment that made it hard to breathe and sleep. Not happy.

Disappointing Poor shape. I was put in a smoking room and it smelled awful. I asked for different room but was told there were none but I passed 2 empty rooms. There were bugs and AC was very loud, the phone was not working in the room. It is too bad this was so disappointing. The location is great. There were no dishes and no ice in this extended stay hotel! I will not stay there again! Beware!

Good location - Bad Conditions Stayed 5 nights. First night discovered small ants on bed sheet. Got rid of them and none reappeared. Got room service first day, but none the second day. Told daily maid service only available with a 7-day stay (never mentioned in advertising). Rooms were very "tired" (badly need renovation), carpet was dirty, TV was analog (no HD), and the room maintained a musty smell. Breakfast was advertised, but consisted only of coffee and one basket with granola bars and a second basket with muffins. V... read more

More like "You May Not Want to Extend Your Stay" This is was almost below average. The sheets were scratchy, a stain that clearly the maid service should have seen when making the bed, and there was no lotion just shampoo and a bar of soap. The "grab and go" breakfast was a complete joke. Some muffins and a granola bar to choose from and some cofee, no water juice. And there was oatmeal with a $ sign on the instruction.
