Disappointed The facility is very worn down. They have tried to clean the stains in the bathroom and kitchen but it’s been too many years. Their is no coffee service in your room. It’s time to overhaul the facility.

Extended Stay America Suites Washington DC Rockvil So many things wrong, I plan to inform the Corporate olffices for the Extended Stay America Suites, DC Rockville of our experience. I have stayed in the Extended Stay America Suites before (although not this one) and have been more than satisfied.

dirtiest hotel ever This hotel looks great on the exterior but the interior was absolutely disgusting! The shower had a crack in the wall, that was caulked and sheetrock screwed back together as if a high school kid fixed it to hide a party from parents. The trim in the bathroom was loose and falling apart. The tub was stained which at first glace looked like smeared feces. the alarm clock and tv remote had layers of grime on them looking as if they were used to clean a toddlers runny nose. I Hate it Well when i first pull up it didnt look like what i saw on line and the front door and lobby i didnt like the ways that look and the room could have been much better so i turn around and i left didnt stay there at all will not ever stay there
