Please note - I did not enjoy my stay in room 318 this weekend. The refrigerator woke me up in the middle of the night, it made way too much noise and ruined my good night sleep. I also found a bug in my room, which I have pictures of, and ruined the rest of my stay. I would like my money back. Please have someone get in touch with me.

I booked this location thru your website and paid in advance. Upon my arrival at 11 pm after a 9 hour drive, I was told by the staff that I didn't have a room. I told the host that I had paid in advance and was told that they hadn't received any payment. When I asked the host what other hotels were around the area, I was not given any information. Not clean Room smelled like smoke. bathroom was worn out

We wound up checking out immediately due to the terrible conditions. I couldn't in good conscience let my family stay there. Dirty boot prints were on the toilet seat, hairs on the "clean" towels and sink, mussed beds, filthy carpet in the hallways, rooms being fumigated for some reason, front desk person barely looked up during check-in (texting the entire time), etc.

Location was convenient. Furniture is old, bathroom was dirty, rooms are noisy, terrible smell upon walking into room. It’s motel level, so way overpriced.
