Lobby had a nasty smell when you enter. Room was decent but there was a tarantula in my room fell right on my and then disappeared, I couldn’t sleep afraid it might come back... The breakfast was a joke just coffee and gas station muffins little tiny ones and no water. I won’t be staying next time.

Great staff but hotel needs updating The location is fantastic. It's close to many restaurants and stores. Plus, very convenient to the major highways. The room however just felt very tired and dated. I didnt feel comfortable sleeping on the sheets. The room along with the hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, I assume from some of the long term residents. It actually caused my eyes to itch and my throat to feel scratchy. Skip this place I had to ask one of the 2 ladies that were there if they could check me in because it was like I was invisible to them. There was a guy in front of me having trouble with his credit card. He was being help with one of the two ladies but the other lady was just there and I had to ask if she could help me. The suite look like it was out of a horror movie from the 80’s. Everything was dirty. We even saw a few cockroaches. Skip this place if you can.

This hotel is in need of serious updating. The room was not clean. The light fixture over the bathroom mirror was broken in two places and the picture on the wall was cracked. The bed linens were stained. Very dated.

Did not seem very welcoming at arrival. No indication of main entrance to gain access to check in lobby.

The last 3 visits the rooms havent been as clean as you would expect, and the last visit shower didn't work. Unfortunately didn't discover that until the morning.

We booked this type of hotel specifically because it offered the ability to cook our own meals in the kitchen. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have any dishes. This was later clarified to state that they didn't have any CLEAN dishes. We were told there would be more available the next morning, but they still didn't have any when we asked. We finally were provided a set the second night. We explained how many adults and children we had in our party, but even then we were only given enough dishes for two people and w... read more

Beds where not comfortable and no ice machine or water
