The location of the property was good. The breakfast was only muffins or sweet breakfast bars. Of course, coffee, tea and chocolate were available. The room smelled and was very dirty. Their policy is that they only do housekeeping when your stay is longer than 7 days, but there were dirty clothes sticking out from under the bed from a previous guest’s stay. The staff was friendly, but could not help much with the issues. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Location good. Needs update of interior, very outdated

Filthy is an understatement. There were pubes and snot on the walls, white stains on the chairs and bed skirts, dust everywhere, and dirty windows. This place should be condemned. Inept front desk staff told me I could leave and get my money back because there were no housekeepers on site (at 4pm on a Friday of Memorial Day weekend). Knowing that everything nearby was sold out, I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. The best thing I can say about this place is that the continental breakfast is a lie. Shower did not work and toilet leaked water all over bathroom floor. Room smelled weird.

the staff was polite, but the floor of the room's kitchenette was sticky, there were two outlets in the room that were LOOSE from the wall, and the hall lights in the corridor were out for two days leaving a large section of the hall in complete darkness. It took a day for the staff to find a coffee maker for the room, and when provided it did not have filters.

Stay away Dirty run down dump of a hotel, long term construction workers & Section 8 welfare types staying there. Room had major pet odors as they allow pets.... It was cheap for the DC area but I was expexting slightly better than that.

This property was absolutely disgusting. Check in was a joke. Neither of the two employees had a clue about what customer service was. It was my fault for booking such a cheap place.
