"Free breakfast" was packets of instant oatmeal. We did not sleep AT ALL due to people in the hallways ALL NIGHT.... and dogs barking, day and night

Cockroaches. “Breakfast” consists of granola bars and coffee. We had to stay here because we were moving across the country with a cat. In part this is “you get what you pay for”, but i feel that staying here gives you insight into living in the ghetto without having to leave the suburbs..

They have roaches‼️ The staff was great! The cleanliness of this hotel is not up to par. There’re was hair in my sink when I arrived. They have roaches, the hotel keys demagnetized every night. Stayed 5 nights on a business trip. Breakfast is oatmeal bars, hot cocoa, and coffee.

Not again Will not return. We reserved a king suite. We checked in about 1030 pm and were promptly assigned a room. We entered the room and immediately noticed a bad smell and saw the ‘ozone machine’. We called and were told to return to the desk. The location of the property was good. The breakfast was only muffins or sweet breakfast bars. Of course, coffee, tea and chocolate were available. The room smelled and was very dirty. Their policy is that they only do housekeeping when your stay is longer than 7 days, but there were dirty clothes sticking out from under the bed from a previous guest’s stay. The staff was friendly, but could not help much with the issues. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Filthy is an understatement. There were pubes and snot on the walls, white stains on the chairs and bed skirts, dust everywhere, and dirty windows. This place should be condemned. Inept front desk staff told me I could leave and get my money back because there were no housekeepers on site (at 4pm on a Friday of Memorial Day weekend).
