Property was old, dirty, smoky in a nonsmoking hotel and cigarette bud in elevator. Mold smell, black mold on the ceiling, ran out of coffee a couple of mornings and dirty (hairs) bathroom. Curtains coming down, old room in general. I would never stay there again. But, the staff was very nice. Moved me out of moldy room right away.

I need my one night reward Hallways smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free hotel and we never got use wifi. Front desk kept saying it would be up soon and it never got fixed, not even the next day. I used a coupon on the app which only saved me $5, then I find out that night won’t be included towards my rewards.

Worse mattress ever!! About 9 inches thick, felt every spring.

The room size was good, but not breakfast and the pillows are horrible.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES At 1st appearance our room seemed to be just fine and although the beds were very hard it would be acceptable for a nights stay. Once I got in the shower things went downhill fast. Within moments I was standing calf deep in the shower water from its lack of draining. I got out and tried to unclog it so my daughter and friend could take showers as well. Well needless to say what I pulled out of the tub was beyond disgusting. This property advertised that continental breakfast is included. But they did not provide it as promised.
