During the dates of my stay in mid-July 2023, this hotel was the least expensive near the Tysons area, so I had low expectations. I did not realize how low they needed to be. Based on loud conversations I could hear outside my room and the clientele I observed, this hotel is probably now hosting people experiencing temporary homelessness, as well as itinerant construction workers, and at least one client talking to the front office staff was clearly high on drugs. After more than a 1000 hotel nights I was glad to finally find the worst hotel of all time. And this Was it. It was simply disgusting. Filthy. Hairs on bed. Carpet had not been vacuumed let alone cleaned in ages. The bathroom was cracked and paint and tile chipping everywhere. Furniture would not sell in a thrift shop. Security doors were propped open to let the smell out of hallways. In short - should you only have this as an option please find a crack house to lodge instead.

Severely outdated and in bad condition. bed bad, no utensils in kitchen

Not good Hotel is out dated, rooms needs cleaing and upgrade. Kitchen was filty. Breakfast was a joke!

The worst was the heater, it was so loud, sounded like a laundry machine.

The staff were great. The property itself needs upkeep. We were there with our kids. We all had a hard time sleeping for various reasons and left a day early, which the staff easily refunded. The location is fine, but we felt uneasy all the same. Won't stay there again, but grateful that the staff was so accommodating to us leaving. For work travelers, it's a good location, close to everything.
