Check in was difficult with our group of 11. Staff was not very accommodating, actually very rude as well.. Some of our "Non Smoking" rooms smelled like stale cigar smoke. When we notified the front desk, they simply said open the window.. Stay away from this hotel..

real bad experience The moment we check in to our room it was smelly... seemed to real old carpet or linen. There were spider web on the wall near the bed. I understand it being a old property but I think they have not been cleaning the rooms regularly and just painting it outside inside to give a good outer look. All in all this is one of my worst experiences of staying in extended stay or in any hotel.

Never again Well where to start, no ice maker no coffee in the room no cups, I was calling the front desk of course no answer. And finally after the checkout I forgot my gym supplements in the room ( unpacked) when I called back they came up with an answer “we trash everything “. I am wondering if I left $1000 on the table would you trash that too?

No customer service There seemed to be a lack of service not only at the front desk but also for the rooms. There was a problem during our stay. A car alarm kept sounding on and off for 2 hours! after 11PM! We called the front desk and the guy said, what would you like me to do about it? Ummm, call the police? Go talk to the people? Handle it perhaps? Then he claimed to not hear it. The car was parked outside the front door of the hotel. Then at 5am it started doing it again. I have since called the hotel but, well, the mana... read more

I sent a message already; no check staff at night, torn curtain, no utensils of any kind.

Cleanliness Could Be Much Improved On the upside, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our room was dirty, especially the carpet. Also, the parking lot had small piles of trash in several places on the parking lot, and a pile of cigarette butts were near the entrance. The breakfast coffee was ok, but the advertised “continental breakfast” was not always available. The individually wrapped muffins were not replenished during our stay. When they were gone, that was it!
