The service is very bad The service is very bad, there is no service basically, the hotel condition is very average, microwave oven, refrigerator is very dirty, cannot use.Hotel security is also a concern.

I had a reservation for 12 nights. I checked out after the first night. No coffee, they lock up the dishes and the coffee pot, towels paper thin. I stayed at ESA in Aurora, CO weekly for a year a little over 10 years ago. Loved it. Was not expecting a place like this. Never again.

The room was filthy. to say that I was disappointed would be such a disappointment. It was in an excellent location, but nothing could make-up for the condition of the facility.

Bedsheets was not clean. Bed mattress was very bad.
