Checked me into a room with no lights in bathroom tried to make me wait for maintenance crew to change light bulb. I made them that night. Room smelled terrible of mildew shower was leaking into wall. First floor window wouldn’t lock, and the refrigerator didn’t work. Then moved me to another room that was in a wing of the hotel with no power!

Not a great experience, location was the only "+" My room was adjacent to the housekeeping room, where throughout the morning and mid day the door was being open and slammed constantly. My room door bolt mechanism seems to be falling off and needs a repair immediately. There was one instance (Saturday Evening) where a lady who was inebriated with her two kids laying on the lobby floor to which the employee look perplexed and didn't do anything. Very dated. The rooms are in need of serious updates. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.
