I arrived late from a very long drive to Wilmington, 1am. When I arrived I was not so much greeted by Brandi as expected but any other hotel concierge. It was as if I was bothering her to check me in. She was not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed to even service me. Perhaps because I was black? Perhaps bc I was late? I could not figure out but continued to be patient and provide the piecemeal info that she was requesting. we reserved a room & when we got there 2 hours later, the front desk said there was no room reserved in my name. Expedia said it was active & spoke with front desk. they found my reservation number but it showed it was canceled & we were not informed on it. needless to say they wanted to charge a “early check in fee” when we got there on top of the room. the room was $175 & the early check in charge was $195 .. ridiculous, worst experience I’ve had yet with ANY hotel.

Not good Easy booking and check in was OK. (First keys didn’t work). Police Fire department and ambulance were blocking entrance as someone had pulled the fire alarm. Someone also set fire to ashtray at side entrance that I had to call the front desk about as we could smell smoke in our room. Lot of people hanging around outside of the hotel smoking at all hours. Bed was very hard but room was clean Would not book again

The lobby smelled, our room smelled, the breakfast was granola bars and coffee ( shouldnt advertise breakfast - just snacks), guests congregated to smoke right outside the entry, one particular man sat outside all day long - seemed like he had no place to go

Disappointed I was very disappointed had to wait to sign in dying is why people suffering serious injuries and then people with animals or staying there and the smell of urine in the Halls was awful was in a room with my adult son two full size beds my bad the mattress was like at an angle it wasn't flat thank you Brandon just disappointing would not stay there again and would not recommend it

Horrific! Was notified upon arriving that a pedi file was located on the 1st floor and that police was called. We witnessed the police in the parking lot with their lights on. We still went to our room. The bed had hairs and bugs on the pillows. We were discussed. Then we noticed that there were roaches crawling on the wall. We kindly explained to the manager that we couldn’t stay in the hotel under these conditions. Hotel as us to contact Expedia for a refund but not yet received a call back from Expedia about the refund.
