The people in room next to me were very loud slamming things yelling almost like fighting and all through the night also the floor was disgusting
As soon as we walked into the room, we saw a roach crawling on the kitchen counter. Overall vibe seemed sketchy even though the hotel is nestled near luxury car dealerships and the overall area seemed nice.
Charged me for not staying there then questions when I call and asked why I’m being charged. Asking me if I know why…. I was overbooked through Expedia and the front desk lady asked me if I knew how to take care of it.. I knew nothing
Filthy! Didn't stay - checked in then left after spider crawled up wall!
Horrible hotel!!!! The hotel was infested with roaches, drug dealers and addicts!!! Had to watch our car all night
Strike one, Strike two First room the keys didnt unlock the door so the front desk clerk made a note for maintenance. Second room had a roach. Third room was ok. Musky smell after you turn on ac and bathroom vent to circulate air. The bed wasn't comfortable for a queen size and pillows were flat. But the front desk clerk was very friendly.
Room has a STRONG chemical smell. Killed few bugs in room. Looked like a homeless gentleman sitting on front patio each time we came or went. Large group in back parking lot grilling and tons of beer cans around. Definitely did not feel safe. Woken at 7 am with fire alarm, apparently a gas leak. We grabbed our bags and ran out, jut in time for gentleman out from my to throw up all over patio area.
