Unfortunately, the place was run down and dirty. The floor lobbies were unvacuumed, and fingerprints were all over the elevator. Inside the room, the bathroom and furniture are outdated. Our bathroom had a cracked and chipped toilet. Loud, in an unsafe location, and the neighboring rooms, you could hear people screaming, children crying, etc... The first morning i woke up to a cockroach in the room. When i ask the reception when they would clean the room, they stated on long stays they are only allowed to clean the room every 14 days. I decided to leave the next day. I got up and there was another cockroach. The sad part is the staff want to do more, but their corporate master are more interested in profit and not spending money.

Unclean hotel room with roach When we arrived we were given another room as it was late and most were taken. We were given another room and we were to stay two nights we saw a roach on the second evening and packed our bags and left. The floors were sticky the bathroom had hair in it. Very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I have stayed at this name hotel before and did not have issues.

I checked into a non-smoking room that smelled horrible. The counter had visible waste where it hadn't been wiped down. I spent 14 minutes in the room and I checked out immediately.

This property was run down, the room was very stark, you had to go to the desk to request any of the kitchen amnesties. Which you had to ask for each individual thing. The television didn’t work half the time and when it did work you only got 40 channels which were mostly news and sports. Internet was awful, kept losing signal. The kitchen was very shabby the cabinets were all chipped or separating. Beds were uncomfortable and only had one chair in the room. Artwork was missing off the wall. The smell in the room was terrible and it was too many cockroaches on the bed, floor, walls

All the carpet need to go. Mildew and mold on 1st floor. Horrible smell and was making me sick
