It's been a very positive experience. Our front door had termites, and after an exterminator quoted around $2,000 dollars, I decided to call Landmark. They sent their own person to look at it, and although I had to pay part of it, they were really good. My neighbors had a warranty with another company, and they just made promises that did not keep, so I told them to use Landmark!
I changed after my brother, who is a real estate broker, recommended it to me. Their customer support is good and they follow up immediately after each visit. Last time something happened both my stove and my air conditioner went down. They sent me 2 different technicians out on two different days to take care of each problem. For the air conditioner it costed me $630 in addition to what I usually pay to get it fixed. The service has been wonderful so far. We have only really used it for the re-keying of our house when we bought it. They were very quick to take care of that. Within minutes I had an appointment set up with the lock shop and they were there on the spot.
They are quick to respond to service inquiries.
In the one instance I used them, they were great. Very affordable, and handled the situation quickly.
I've had a couple of calls, since we bought the house and they've been highly responsive. The air conditioner went out once so I called them. They came out within an hour and my AC was fixed by the next day. I've never had any issue with them and I'm very happy.
I had some issues once contacting them through their website, so I decided to call them. It was a Sunday afternoon and I was surprised! I never thought that they would be open on a Sunday afternoon. They were able to register my call and got in touch with the vendor on Monday and they came out and fixed it. Another time, my swimming pool's filter, the handle, and a stand broke out of the blue. We've always been able to call them and get an almost immediate service when we needed it. When we had our dishwasher line break, they were here as soon as possible to take care of the problem.
